We host guests who appreciate a quiet neighborhood, and this is not a party house. Unauthorized events and large gatherings are not a fit, and unregistered guests or an unapproved gathering can result in a fee. What is welcome is a group of friends making a weekend of it: long porch dinners, a dock morning, a fire pit night, and a game room for the late hours.

If you are planning something a little bigger, such as a shower or a small wedding, ask us first. Occasions like those may be welcome with our approval in advance, and we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

We can have the house dressed before you walk in. The Simple Celebration package is $125, with a small balloon garland and a personalized framed sign. The Signature Celebration package is $225 and adds a larger garland and a hand-painted sign. The Grand Celebration package is $325, with an 8 to 10 foot garland, a personalized painted banner, and styling touches such as ribbon accents and a coordinated palette at the entry.

For a bachelorette, the Bachelorette Deck-Out is $400–$500. It is a fully custom design with a large garland in your colors, a painted banner to your theme, ribbon and palette styling, and sashes, sunglasses, and headbands set out for arrival. Book at least five days before your stay so we have time to make it right.

A grazing board waiting on arrival, with dock views, runs $75–$150 and can be customized. Flowers with wine or champagne staged for a toast are $125. If you would rather not shop on the way in, send us a grocery list and we will stock the kitchen, starting at $75+. For the fire pit, a s'mores kit that serves ten is $40, and a firewood bundle is $25.

The house has a primary suite with a soaking tub and a double vanity, two king guest bedrooms, and the bunk and twin rooms for the rest, and the dining table seats eight. Between the porch, the fire pit, and the game room, the group rarely needs to leave, but the island is close.

Tybrisa Street is the place to browse, with Beach Bum Boutique for sunglasses and beach finds. Zunzibar runs Golden Hour from 4 to 7pm daily, Pier 16 has a rooftop deck over Tybrisa Street, and Sundae Cafe is worth reserving for dinner. For a daytime plan, a guided kayak trip to Little Tybee or a dolphin tour on the creek are the outings we suggest most. The minimum stay is three nights.
