Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am. Early check-in and late checkout can each be requested for $25, based on availability. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
What's included
Linens and towels are provided for every guest, and the kitchen is fully stocked for a real meal. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Pet policy
Dogs are welcome with advance approval — request before you book, and let us know how many, plus each dog's breed and weight. Limit two dogs, under 50 lbs each, with a $100 fee per dog. We do not accept cats. You're responsible for any damage a dog causes, and we reserve the right to decline a dog that isn't a good fit.
Cancellation & payment
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in. For bookings made more than 2 months out, 50% is due at booking; inside 2 months, the full balance is due at booking.
Parking
The driveway fits 5–6 cars. Bringing a boat trailer works too — just plan for fewer cars parked to leave room for it.
Accessibility
The house is elevated with two sets of stairs and no elevator — it is not wheelchair accessible. It works well for families with kids, but may be difficult for guests with mobility limitations. Let us know your needs and we will help you plan.
Smoking & vaping
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the home — fines of up to $500 apply. If we detect smoke or marijuana odor after your stay, an ozone cleaning is required, billed up to $500.
Events & gatherings
Unauthorized events or large gatherings aren't a fit here. Showers, small weddings, and similar occasions may be welcome with our approval in advance — just ask. Unregistered guests or unauthorized gatherings may result in a fee of up to $500.
Getting here
The retreat is at 108 San Marco Dr on the north end of Tybee Island, about 25 minutes from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). Detailed arrival directions come with your booking confirmation.
