  2. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  3. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  4. One entry per person / email address. Entry requires both (a) liking and following The Retreat at San Marco's Facebook page (facebook.com/sanmarcoretreat) and (b) completing the entry form on this website; entries missing either step may be disqualified. Additional bonus steps (sharing the post to your feed, tagging people in the comments) are optional and do not count as separate entries or increase odds of winning.
  5. Entry period ends at 11:59 PM Eastern on September 19, 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted.
  6. Winner will be selected via a live video drawing from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Before the prize is awarded, Sponsor will verify the winner has liked and followed The Retreat at San Marco's Facebook page as required for entry. The winner will be announced on September 20, 2026, and notified by email using the contact information provided at entry.
  7. Prize: one (1) 3-night stay at The Retreat at San Marco, Tybee Island, GA, for up to 10 guests, for dates chosen by the winner within November, December, January, or February, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply, including nights already booked and holidays. The property's standard cleaning fee is waived for this prize; there is no additional cost to the winner beyond what is described in these rules.
  8. Winner must book their stay by 12/31/2026 and complete the stay by 2/28/2027.
  9. Approximate retail value: $1,700. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value; no substitution except at Sponsor's discretion.
  10. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.
  11. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
  12. Void where prohibited by law.
